Corrections Policy

Last Updated: January 1, 2025 | JobUserC Editorial Board

At JobUserC, our commitment to providing accurate, factual, and verified career guidance means that we welcome reader scrutiny. When an error of fact, outdated cutoff date, or broken official link is identified, we act swiftly to investigate and rectify it with full transparency.

1. How Readers Can Report an Error

If you identify a factual inaccuracy in any article published on JobUserC, please email our editorial desk directly or submit via our Contact form:

Email: contact@job.userc.in

Subject Line: Please format as Correction Request: [Article Title]

Necessary Details: Include the article URL, the specific paragraph or sentence in question, and a reference link to the official primary source (such as an official commission notice or gazette PDF) confirming the discrepancy.

2. Editorial Review & Resolution Timelines

  • Initial Acknowledgment: We acknowledge receipt of valid correction requests within 24 business hours.
  • Verification: Our research team reviews the claimed error against the primary government gazette or university circular.
  • Immediate Correction: If substantiated, the article is updated immediately on the live website.

3. How Corrections Are Documented

Depending on the severity of the revision:

  • Substantive Corrections: When a significant factual error (such as an incorrect eligibility cutoff, examination fee, or application deadline) is amended, an editorial note is added at the end of the article noting the change and the date of correction.
  • Minor Typographical Adjustments: Typographical, grammatical, or stylistic adjustments that do not alter the factual meaning of the guide are corrected without formal editor notices.
